Simple Green Smoothie Recipe: Baby Leaf Spinach and Apple

This is a fresh and simple smoothie to make with a clean apple taste
INGREDIENTS:
For one person you will need-
-A handful of fresh baby leaf spinach
-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
-one apple
-one teaspoon of chia seeds
METHOD:
-Pour the cup of unsweetened almond milk into your blender
-Add a handful of fresh baby leaf spinach
-Blend until smooth
-Cut the apple into segments taking out the core
-Add the apple segments and one teaspoon of chia seeds to the blender with the baby leaf spinach and almond milk
-Blend until smooth
-You can add more almond milk if required
-Pour into your glass and enjoy
